Webasto Welcome 2
Webasto Welcome 2 is a concept car produced by the German Webasto company. Webasto is a car parts manufacturer specializing in sunroofs. It is then no suprise that the roof of Welcome 2 can be set up in numerous configurations - rather than just open or closed.
The car is based on the Mercedes CL 500. It was designed by Webasto and built by Studio D3 in Paris. Webasto Welcome 2 was first shown at the International Motor Show in Frankfurt (IAA) in 2003.
The roof is called PanAirama.
